Uma is currently an early-stage project and is not yet incorporated or otherwise registered as a legal entity. Uma is developing a technology-enabled platform intended to improve discovery, matching, and access to information within private-market ecosystems. The Site is currently provided for general informational, research, marketing, and early-access purposes.

The Site may include information about Uma’s vision, product concepts, research, market perspectives, features under development, blog articles, and opportunities to express interest in future products or services.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a commitment that any feature, service, product, integration, timeline, or outcome will be available. Features and plans may change, be delayed, or be discontinued at any time.

Submitting a form or joining a waitlist does not:

• Create a client, adviser-client, fiduciary, broker-client, investment, partnership, employment, agency, or other professional relationship with Uma.

• Guarantee access to a product, beta programme, investment opportunity, feature, service, or commercial relationship.

• Create an obligation for Uma to contact you, respond to you, or provide a service.

• Grant you any ownership, equity, token, revenue share, investment right, or preferential right in Uma or any affiliated project.

Where you opt in to receive marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the communication or by contacting Info@joinuma.tech.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to use the Site lawfully, responsibly, and only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law, regulation, contractual obligation, or third-party right.

• Submit false, inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonated information.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems, databases, accounts, source code, or related infrastructure.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, probe, test, or attempt to discover source code, algorithms, models, workflows, or underlying components of the Site or any future Uma product.

• Use Uma’s name, trademarks, logo, visual identity, content, or materials in a manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written consent.

• Use Site content to train, improve, benchmark, or develop a competing product, dataset, model, service, or database without written permission.

• Post, transmit, or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, infringing, confidential, or otherwise harmful.

Uma may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or created a legal, security, reputational, or operational risk.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents—including its design, layout, copy, branding, trade names, logos, graphics, research, articles, images, videos, software, interfaces, databases, compilations, workflows, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Uma and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
